Morning Smoothie Recipe

Are you someone who doesn’t like to eat breakfast? Smoothies are a great way to get in the most important meal of the day.

Be sure to get protein, fat and fiber in there and it will be a complete meal. There are so many smoothie recipes online, but here’s what I do.

 

Green Smoothie (for 3):

16 oz coconut milk

2 large handfuls kale

2 bananas

1- 1 1/2 cups frozen fruit (tropical-mango, pineapple, strawberry)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp turmeric

3 tbsp. hemp, chia or flaxseeds

You could also add: seed or nut butter, coconut oil or avocado.

Blend. Enjoy. Experiment with any combo!
